Agriumbria 2025 starts from the University
Edagricole, in collaboration with Umbriafiere, promoted dialogue between the scientific world and breeders to present and implement models and solutions for beef cattle farming. The conference was dedicated to one of the strategic sectors of our agriculture, which has always been at the center of Agriumbria, the National Hub of Italian Meats.
The title of the conference, "Beef cattle, ideas to start winning again", indicates the approach of the discussion: no one is hiding the fact that the livestock sector is going through a difficult period, especially due to rising farming costs. But no operator is willing to give up, as explained by the leaders of three major sector associations: the Consorzio del Vitellone Bianco dell'Appennino Centrale, the Consorzio Lombardo Produttori di Carne Bovina and the Anabic association. The experts who spoke at the conference proposed technical and management solutions for relaunching the sector.
