Due to its strategic position within the Italian territory, in the heart of Umbria and along the main regional road axis, Umbriafiere boasts a documented trade fair history that extends back to the 1800s, as the ideal place to host national and international events.
Today, the company operates mainly in the areas of: exhibitions, conferences and conventions, corporate meetings, shows, sporting events and public recruitment exams, with major events in the fields of agriculture, antiques, food machinery, construction and electronics.
The conference and congress sector is growing steadily, thanks also to the context of Umbria and the proximity of Assisi, Perugia and other splendid regional cities of art, whose history, hospitality, culture, artistic heritage and landscape make it possible to combine work commitments with the pleasures of sightseeing.

The central body of the trade fair district consists of Pavilions 7, 8 and 9 with a single storey, connected through a building structure dedicated to the associated services.
The Pavilions have a total gross floor area of 13,600 mq, an under-beam height of about 8 metres and no central columns.

Convention Centre
The Convention Centre is located within the trade fair district, in the vicinity of the Pavilions.
Umbriafiere’s offer of conference spaces consists of the Hall extending some 300 square metres at the entrance to the Convention Centre, the Plenaria Hall with a maximum capacity of some 500 seats, the Europa Hall with 140 seats and Hall A with 50 seats.
The facility is further equipped with a Bar/Cafeteria and Cloakroom.
Pavilions can be modulated and set up in accordance with specific needs.

Forecourts
The trade fair district forecourts can be used as exhibition areas for large shows and outdoor events such as concerts, exhibitions, rallies and so on.
Spaces are divisible to suit to the organiser’s needs.
When not utilised for exhibition purposes, the forecourts can be used as car parks with a capacity of 700 car spaces and 40 bus spaces. In addition, there are parking areas close to the district that can meet the needs of medium-sized events.
